Project description:
This landmark development reimagined a constrained and underutilised site in Lewisham, delivering two high-rise towers of 20 and 35 storeys alongside a new public square that serves as a gateway to Lewisham Station.
The scheme integrates complex building services to support the student accommodation and associated facilities. This includes high-efficiency HVAC systems, advanced electrical and lighting installations, sustainable drainage and water management, and robust fire and safety systems. The design ensures optimal performance across all areas, from the gym, social hub, and private study spaces to the flexible commercial units and grand entrance lobby at the base of the towers, delivering both comfort and functionality for students while meeting stringent technical and regulatory requirements.
