Project description:
This award-winning build-to-rent development will provide nearly 500 much-needed homes in Walthamstow, contributing to the revitalisation of the town centre. The Mall consists of 495 one- and two-bedroom apartments across two towers of 34 and 27 storeys, clad in glazed terracotta to create a striking new landmark, alongside a redesigned town square that enhances public space and connectivity.
The project demonstrates the flexibility of the Vision Volumetric system, allowing high-performance mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services to be fully integrated within a traditional building design, while maintaining generous 2.5m floor-to-ceiling heights.
