Project description:
Ten Degrees is a flagship development showcasing the potential of off-site construction at scale. The scheme combines innovative volumetric design with high-quality architectural detailing, including a sculpted colonnade and glazed terracotta façade.
Each modular unit incorporates a bespoke structural solution, demonstrating how precision manufacturing can support complex, high-rise construction. Delivered on a tightly constrained site in central Croydon, the project has transformed a previously underutilised area.
