Stage 4&5 design
College Road brings Croydon’s vision of vibrant, pedestrian-friendly spaces to life, featuring a new public colonnade and winter garden that connect the development to East Croydon Station and the cultural quarter. The colonnade, lined with trees and shrubs, also showcases a 7m-high public art installation by Adam Nathaniel Furman, crafted entirely from large three-dimensional porcelain tiles.
At 163m, the co-living tower is the tallest volumetric building in the world and one of the largest co-living developments globally. Its design balances private studios and one-bedroom apartments with extensive shared amenities, including a gym, podcast studio, professional kitchens, library, cinema, and event spaces. The sky garden integrates social, event, and relaxation areas, all supported by complex MEP systems to ensure comfort, efficiency, and functionality across the building’s communal and private spaces.
