Delivered in just 11 months during the height of the global pandemic, this BREEAM Excellent student accommodation scheme also achieved a notable reduction in embodied carbon compared to industry benchmarks.
Completed in 2020, The Valentine comprises 321 student bedrooms arranged within a striking T-shaped building, centred around landscaped courtyard gardens. The scheme includes 269m² of versatile communal space, featuring a cinema, gaming rooms, gym, private study areas, and a generous kitchen-bar, designed to enhance both social and academic aspects of student life.
