Project description:
The Red Group was awarded the contract in 2011 to undertake the design development & installation of all the electrical and life critical components within a mixed use development at Olympic Way, Wembley. The completed project comprises a 225 bedroom hotel and 158 residential units set around a new civic square.
The scheme has been developed with modern construction at its core. The hotel and residential units have been developed using prefabricated volumetric construction.
This project is set to form part of a greater regeneration of the Wembley area and help to create a distinctive urban residential neighborhood.
