The building comprises 379 apartments in a variety of layouts and sizes, complemented by premium amenities including a gym, rooftop terraces, meeting rooms, a cinema, and residents’ lounges.
While originally conceived as a traditional design, the scheme was adapted for off-site, factory-based construction, enabling efficient volumetric manufacture without compromising the architectural vision, varied apartment layouts, or high-end finishes.
