Red Group have recently been appointed to carry out Design, install and commissioning of this Modular build, 28 storey student accommodation in Wembley. With an aggressive program Red Group have been working on the design of this project from early inception to ensure that the delivery of the project is as seamless as possible using the latest technology available to use.

Project Scope
- Full Mechanical and electrical Design of services
- Full procurement of Long lead equipment and major plant
- Modular Plant room design, install and commissioning
- Mechanical & electrical shell and core
- Flushing of mains and secondary mechanical pipework
- Install and commissioning of all specialist systems – BMS, Fire Alarm, Security and lighting control
