The Glassworks represents the third phase of the Greenford Quay regeneration in West London, one of the UK’s first large-scale, purpose-built build-to-rent schemes. The multi-phase project transforms a 27-acre former industrial site that had been vacant for over a decade into a vibrant residential community.
The Glassworks integrates advanced mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across its landlord areas, supporting a range of unit layouts and sizes while ensuring efficiency, comfort, and reliability. High-performance HVAC systems, energy-efficient lighting, smart metering, and sustainable water management have been carefully coordinated to complement the building’s modern design. Residents benefit from premium amenities—including a gym, rooftop terrace, cinema, meeting rooms, and communal lounges.
